.NET Framework 4.7 released but not yet supported on Exchange 2016

Today Microsoft released the .NET Framework 4.7. But please keep noted that its not yet supported on MS Exchange 2016, so you should block that so that it isnĀ“t installed via Windows update.

Blocking .NET Framework 4.7 is quite easy via the following registry change:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\WU]
“BlockNetFramework47″=dword:00000001

Update (2017-06-13):

Microsoft just published the following article that remind everybody that .NET Framework 4.7 is still not supported on MS Exchange 2016. They also provide steps to uninstall .NET Framework 4.7 if already installed.
